Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request may only be submitted after the customer has physically received the product.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any applicable international shipping costs.
- Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- Returned in their original condition
- Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging still attached
- Products may be tried on for sizing purposes; however, products may not be worn or used beyond this purpose.
- Ordering products intentionally in multiple sizes with the purpose of returning part of the order is not permitted.
We reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact us at info@lyvrea.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide your order details.
Step 2: After your request has been reviewed, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.
Step 3: Carefully package the item and return it at your own expense. The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Step 4: We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as this allows both parties to monitor the return shipment.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item has been received at the designated return address and the condition of the product has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed:
- Through the original payment method used for the purchase
- Within 14 days after receipt and approval of the returned item
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Liability
Lyvrea shall not be held responsible for:
- Lost or missing packages when tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer
- Incorrect addresses entered during checkout by the customer
- Delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information
Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order. Although we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections, changes cannot be guaranteed once order processing has started.
